Returns Policy

Pinks and Greens works hard to ensure you purchase products that you are going to love -- but if you are not happy with your order, for any reason, you can return it for an exchange or full refund (shipping is on us!) WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.



(1) Exchange Your Items: We would love to help you choose something that you are happy with! Give us a call at 877-421-2916 and a member of our stylist team would be happy to help with any fit or sizing questions or to make personalized suggestions of products you may be happier with. 

(2) Return for Refund:  If you would like a refund it will be credited to you in the original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt depending on volume, however please allow 1-2 billing cycles for any credits to post to your account.

(3) Return for Store Credit: If you decide you would like to return your items for store credit, credit will be issued within 1-2 weeks of receipt depending on volume.  Credit will be assigned to your Customer Account and can be used at Checkout as a payment method.  Note you must be logged into your Customer Account to see credit or you can call us to place your order over at 877-421-2916.

For international orders, customer is responsible for return shipping charges and any associated charges related to duties, customs tariffs or VAT.



1. Returns must be postmarked no more than 30 days after receipt

2. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. All original tags must still be attached to the item.

3. We do not accept returns of custom orders and monogrammed items.

4. Any items returned without a Return Authorization or unauthorized items will not be refunded.

5. Returns sent to the incorrect address will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee.

6. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on items marked as FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
