We re-opened again at the end of June and are currently operating with 25% of our staff in the warehouse so there will be delays in order and return processing.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: We are only offering email support at this time and there will be delays in our response. Please allow 3-4 business days.
ORDER PROCESSING: Outbound shipments could experience delays of 2-3 days in times of high volume as we are operating with limited staff. Express orders receive priority processing. The packages on the outbound do not need to be inspected upon shipment as they are in a pre-packaged,sealed bag but since we are operating with limited staff, your outbound shipment could experience delays. RETURNS PROCESSING: Returns processing will also experience delays as all merchandise needs to go through inspection and re-bagging and this is done with only 25% of the staff that we typically have dedicated to returns. Additionally, all merchandise has to be inspected upon receipt and we are operating at 30% staff at this time. Please expect returns processing to take 14-21 days.
