So since I last posted I’ve lost a solid 5 lbs. Started walking every morning with my next door neighbor and it’s been great. Really haven’t changed my diet, to be honest. My clothes are fitting better and I feel stronger. Its starting to get a little colder here though and I’m not sure what I’ll do in another month. Walking with my friend is what makes the time fly so I’m worried I won’t enjoy exercising alone
That is amazing!! Keep up the good work and stay motivated. Put on another layer and continue to walk as long as you can, it will be worth it. If you have to walk alone, find a great playlist to listen to, or even listen to a digital book. You will thank yourself, and you will be proud of yourself too!! Great job beachbabe!!
