I don’t work out.. well I haven’t since I was 18 (and I am a long way away from 18). I don’t really enjoy it, but I am getting older and I am finding that it is harder and harder for me to keep at my current weight. So in an effort to start to get in shape, I want to start doing something. So I was wondering what the best thing for me to do for a general workout. Elliptical or a treadmill?
The most important aspect, on either machine, is interval training. High intensity for “x” amount of minutes followed by low intensity for “x” amount of minutes.
