Every night at around 9:00 I find myself in the kitchen looking for something sweet. I am not even hungry. Its like my body automatically gets up and goes there without thinking. I need help training me and my brain not to do this. Any suggestions??
You need to teach your mind to not want these cravings every night, sounds like you don’t even want them, they are just habit. Try having a starchy carb at dinner, like sweet potatoes or brown rice. And if the temptation comes at around 9 every night, set a timer on your phone for 8:30 and eat a piece of fruit that is high in sugar like an orange or a peach. It will give you that sweet taste you need and hopefully avoid you grabbing something that will ruin your diet.
