I understand how you feel, Imee. long before i am also way too lazy to exercise which eventually gave me bad results as i’d became fat and flabby. i got depressed that time, good thing my best friend encouraged me to join their run. We actually do it every other day. As a beginner I started 500m per day until i got used to it. now i can already run for more than 2kms per day! not to mention that i have gotten a slimmer, sexy body. You should start running, too.
