The personal shopping team was so helpful. They spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me to build outfits and gifts for everyone on my list. Best thing that I found out was that if they do not like what I gave to them, they can exchange it(free shipping to/from). Love this...you are my new go to store for golf and tennis!

Your customer service team is awesome! I was looking for a vest that I saw in a pro shop while on vacation, but they did not have my size. I had looked everywhere and could not find anywhere else. They hunted it down for me and it was delivered today! Thanks!

I tried to return my items for a refund, but was not able to based on your return policy. I was only 26 days past the last day to return. You did make an exception for me to return the items past the 30 days, but only for store credit. I was so excited to find your store, but now this will be my last time shopping with you based on your inflexible return policy.

Thank you so much to the P&G team who completely rescued my golf weekend away in Georgia.

You emailed me when she realized one of my items was out of stock and then when she found out I was rushing to get ready for a big weekend, and that I needed a new outfit next day, she asked me a bunch of questions about my personal style and overnighted me a selection of things I might like to substitute for my original pick. Imagine, right, when does that happen? I got a whole box of stuff to try on (like having a personal shopper and a dressing room experience at home) and sent back everything I didn't want with the included return fedex slip.

 Very smart customer service because I got exactly what I wanted and a new addiction to shopping at P&G! Thank you, thank you, thank you, I've already told everyone I know about how wonderful my experience was!

I called today to get information on sizing on a golf shirt. I was informed my size was not available.

A few hours later, I got a call informing me there had been a return in my size. Was I impressed? Yes.

Later, I played golf w/my ladies group and made sure everyone knew about your company and the service provided.
