My daughter is getting married this spring and is anxious to start looking for my dress. I’d love to lose some weight before the big day but need to start asap so I’ll be ready to gown shop in a few weeks. Of course, I need to change my eating habits and start exercising – but I’m looking for a more rapid solution to get me going. Anyone have a specific diet they feel is effective?
my sister and i did “the shred” and each lost about 7 lbs. its a 4 week diet where you change what and when you eat. it was definitely tough, you significantly reduce your calorie intake and have to some form of exercise each day but it worked.
