My mom have recently bought me an apple watch. Lately I’ve seen in a certain television show that apple watch can be used as a device for health and fitness. But the problem is i dont know how to use it. Can somebody please help me out?
I am an active runner and yes, i’ve been using my apple watch as my fitness coach for quite a long time:) if you’ll notice, there’s a preloaded app called ‘Workout App’ and from there you’ll be able to know how many kilometers or distance per mile you have reached. Also, it will automatically detect if you are doing exercises and it will calculate for your total calorie burn.
